What is JDL?

Jade Dynamics Limited (JDL) is a full-service remote operations company. We provide skilled remote workers, managers, and complete teams across our full range of services, from social media management to AI-augmented workflow automation. Businesses hire us when they want people who treat the work, the output, and the company's growth as their own.

How does working with a remote team actually work?

You get dedicated people assigned to your business, working inside your existing tools and processes. We agree on scope, responsibilities, and reporting upfront, then the team executes with regular check-ins so you always know what is happening. You stay in control of priorities while we handle the day-to-day execution.

Where is JDL based?

JDL is registered in Hong Kong, with a remote team distributed globally. This setup lets us match you with the right people for your work and your hours instead of limiting you to one local talent pool. Our registered office is in Kowloon, Hong Kong.

What makes JDL different from other agencies or outsourcing companies?

Care and ownership. We are not a body shop that fills seats, our people are accountable for outcomes, not just hours. We also pair AI tooling with human judgement: AI handles the repetitive, high-volume work where it excels, while experienced people handle the decisions, context, and quality control that machines cannot.

How do I get started?

From there we put together a scoped proposal so you know exactly what you are getting before anything starts.

What does onboarding look like?

After the kickoff call, we document your goals, tools, access requirements, and working preferences, then introduce the people who will be on your account. The first weeks focus on learning your business, building or refining SOPs, and getting early wins on clearly defined tasks. You approve the workflow before we scale it up.

How will we communicate, and how often will I get updates?

We work in whatever channel you already use, such as Slack, email, or WhatsApp, and we set a reporting rhythm during onboarding. You get short async updates on active work plus a structured weekly summary covering what was done, what is next, and anything that needs your input. You can adjust the cadence at any time.

Can you cover my timezone?

Yes. Because our team is distributed globally, we can align working hours with US, UK, European, Australian, or Asian business hours, including real-time overlap with your own schedule when you need it. Tell us the coverage you need on the intro call and we scope the team around it.

Pricing

How does pricing work?

Each service has base pricing as a starting point, but every engagement is custom-scoped on a call because no two businesses need the same mix of hours, skills, and coverage. After the intro call you get a clear proposal with exact pricing before you commit. No surprises and no hidden fees.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. Engagements run month to month, and we do not use long lock-in contracts. We would rather earn your business every month with the quality of the work than hold you to a term you regret.

What affects the cost of an engagement?

The main factors are scope (how many services and tasks), hours and coverage (part-time support versus a full team with timezone overlap), seniority (assistant-level execution versus experienced managers), and the complexity of your tools and workflows. We walk through all of this on the scoping call so the proposal reflects what you actually need, not a generic package.

Services

Can I combine multiple services?

Yes, and the services are designed to combine. Ecommerce assistance often pairs with email marketing and CRM automation, and general business support pairs naturally with operations management. We scope combined engagements as one coordinated team with shared context, not separate silos.

Can JDL work with my existing team and tools?

Yes. We plug into the tools you already use, such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Slack, Asana, or Notion, and we work alongside your in-house staff. We adapt to your processes first, then suggest improvements once we understand how your business actually runs.

What if the service I need is not listed?

Ask us anyway. Our listed services cover most remote operations work, but if your need is adjacent to what we do, we will tell you honestly whether we can deliver it well. If it sits outside our strengths, we will say so rather than take on work we cannot do properly.
