The JDL name, logo, and site content belong to Jade Dynamics Limited. Work product created for clients belongs to the client once paid for, unless the engagement agreement says otherwise.

Articles on this site link to external sources. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JDL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability connected to service engagements is defined in the applicable service agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
